• The roof is made of the same 18mm 100% recycled plastic as all of our other hedgehog houses and feeding stations which is completely water and rot proof.
• The lid is also hinged and lockable ensuring no unwanted animals enter the house whilst the hedgehogs are inside.
• The staggered baffle entrance helps to prevent this issue as well.
• Like all of our other Hedgehog Houses and Feeding Stations, the lid also has small groves on the inside to prevent water from running in to the house, keeping the hedgehogs dry.
• This hedgehog house, much like our other models, is designed to slope slightly to help with water drainage.
• The purposely designed 3mm gap at the front of the house allows ventilation for hedgehogs whilst they are inside.
• This house was designed to suit hedgehogs in hibernation.
