Current carriage rate is £5.95 per order, this is fixed so please order as much as you like to get even more value for money.

This change is due to the rising costs of fuel and materials, because of this we have not increased any of our product prices
Please also note the weight of even our smallest nest box is to heavy to post as the materials are all solid wood

We use in the main DHL 1 -2 day service on all of our products, on occasions we use first class post if the item is below 2kg in weightDelivery times vary depending on the product, we always e mail after you have placed an order and advise of delivery time, we also offer quicker delivery times if you have a deadline to meet, just ask us, we always try to help.
The items we buy in, like bird food, wildlife products and feeders are normally in stock and are sent within a couple of days.
Bird tables and nest boxes are made by us and we normally quote 7 - 10 days for these items, however if you require sooner, say for a special occasion please let us know as we can deliver sooner in most instances, remember the item will show as in stock as it will be made to order.
Also many of our new products are items we have custom made for other customers, this part of our service is growing all the time.
We pride ourselves on quality and service and hope all of our customers appreciate it takes time to build a quality product.
