    I am extremely pleased to tell you that the table arrived at 1220hrs today. Another birthday problem resolved! What excellent service! It is not yet assembled but I am sure that birds of all the species which frequent our garden will be overjoyed when it is. The new table is much more substantial than the crumbling edifice which they currently endure.

    The garden bench arrived this morning at around 10 am. It was quickly assembled and delivered to the birthday girl. She was delighted with it and so were we, it seemed sturdy and just what we wanted really.

    We would like to say a big thank you for exceptional service - it was second to none.

    Sometime when you find time, perhaps you could let us know, if it should be treated at some point with a type of preservative and if so, which product you recommend.

  • Bird feeding table arrived very quickly for hand made item. It is chunky and solid and made an excellent present. Well worth paying that little bit extra for a table that will last for years and will never blow over in the wind and break like the flimsy one we replaced. Looks fantastic too. Very happy customer!

  • Lovely Bird table fast delivery.
    Instructions need upgrading the Large feet had screws through in the same place the supports had to be screwed in so had to make new holes.
    Otherwise everything ok.

  • Bird table received very quickly. Read instructions, only spanner and screwdriver needed. Unfortunately had to raid neighbour's toolbox for socket spanner. Table now assembled and in garden, with food on - no birds yet. Very impressed with it even if birds are are not.

  • I just wanted to send a quick (although a bit late) thank you for all
    the hard work you put into making the Hedgehog Feeder, bird house etc.
    The bird house took all of 10 minutes for the birds to get used to and
    they seem to love it, the two ramps you made for me have now both been
    used by the hedgehogs, and the birds seem to quite like running up and
    down them too!

    The Hedgehog feeder is perfect and is being used several times both day
    and night once they trained me in just which cat food they like! Now
    they have their own place they're popping out of the two Lodges
    trundling across the garden for a mid-day snack and then going back to
    bed. So far it's managed to keep all but one cat out of their food, I guess there's
    always one who has to prove it can do what it's not supposed to.

  • Received wishing well today and have put it together this evening. Must say thank you so much for making the handle turn and it is absolutely lovely and will recommend to others. I actually want to keep it indoors as I dont want it to get ruined - it is so well made and I am extremely happy.

    P.S. Did just about manage to get it in the car. The top piece went on the back seat and the base went in the boot, so any future buyers will have no problem if they need to transport it.

    Im sure you will do very well with the wishing wells.

    and Kathleen and I are delighted with the quality of the
    products.Once I have them oiled and positioned on the

    Received the superbly packaged box and fixings. I shall write and send some photos of the installation but wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your beautiful work and obvious pride in producing what must be the best Nest Boxes in UK or EU ! The installation notes also very useful.

    The Barn Owl and family will have great view of the Isle of Wight and Solent and our fields from your box. We are in The New Forest National park and an SSSI. I will show the Lymington-Keyhaven Nature Preserve director your creation, he will be impressed. He was on John Cravens "Countryfile" recently on BBC TV, who was visiting the rare birds and old salt pans here.

  • Hi Alison & Ricky.There was I reading your despatch email at about 9.20am on Friday when the doorbell rings and a very nice guy from DHL is standing there with one very large package,and informs me he had to go to the van to get a 2nd package.He returns with the other package and suggests he should put both out in the rear garden as one was very heavy.My wife and I today(Sat)have just assembled the table and screwed the squirrel feeder to the upright.Wow!it certainly is large,much larger than it looks on the website but it is beautifully made and sits in our very large garden a treat. We are really pleased with it,and will pass your name around all our friends.

  • Absolutely delighted with the lacewing houses, we have finally put up the 10 we ordered - its been rather wet in the orchards, hoping for lots of extra life next year. The hedgehog house, beautifully made, is now in situ under the holly tree so Mrs Tiggywinkels relatives should be safe from predators! Thanks for terrific service and speed to fit our requirments.

  • Thanks for sending the new hedgehog house so promptly. I thought you would like to know that the box is not 'fox proof'. I was stunned to realise that foxes are able to get their head/neck in far enough to lick out the bowls & sometimes take the bowls out. I would not have believed this unless i had seen it for myself. Sadly, the fox has also killed one of my rescue hedgehogs, I'm just hoping the other will be safe. I'm trying to work out how to secrely attach a narrower tunnel entrance to each of my houses.   • I purchased the fantastic bird table with the 2 little feeding trays staggered on each side of the post and some bird and bat boxes from you last year. Well, we have had Blue tits in the nest box and the bird table is a delight, well visited by our feathered friends and admired by our human ones. It is a wonderful addition to my garden.     Now that we are back from holiday I've completed the assembly of the Lodge Bird Table & the Squirrel Feeder & my wife has filled them with the 'goodies'. We are really pleased with the result (see photo) & the squirrels in particular took to their feeder very quickly. They found that it was quite a stretch to get to the nuts after the level had fallen to about half & so I've added a 2" block of wood stained to match as a 'step'.

    The Bird Tray arrived safely yesterday and it's exactly what I wanted,
    it took the birds all of 30 seconds to check it over after removing
    their open tray and the consensus seems to be they're all thrilled with
    it too. They've also found it's great fun to play hide and seek around
    whilst trampling all the plants.

    Thanks again, I will more than likely be getting back to you for a
    couple of other items later this month or early next month!

    I received the lodge today, I absolutely love it. It's so beautifully made - all the lovely little finishing touches, it's just going to 'make' my garden.

    The hedgehog that has travelled through my garden for a few years lost it's home when my neighbours moved and I found it curled up in my garage when I left the door open by mistake. I hope it won't take it too long to move into it's new home.

    I wanted to let you know this as there just isn't enough room on the ebay feedback to say just how impressed I am.

  • I have bought 3 blackbird/starling nest-boxes and they are a lovely quality and always arrive quickly and safely. I actually use them for my young, white garden doves as they are a really good size for this. I have also found that one put on the ground will also be used by my 4 little Quail to shelter in!

  • I bought a bird nest box and hedgehog lodge which I am delighted with. Both items are excellent build from solid wood.
    I have bought many wildlife products over the years but none come even close to the standard and cost of these products.I will be buying all all of my wildlife products from this company in the future.
